Position Description:
Seeking an independent and hard working Overnight Baker to produce baked goods for banquets and all outlets including: breads, croissants, muffins, quick breads, foccacios, rolls, and more. Ideal candidate will be creative and self-motivated as well as able to multitask in a fast-paced, results oriented environment. Must be friendly and supportive as it relates to hotel policy and culture. Must be able to work 2:00am - 10:00am, including evenings/weekends/holidays.
