Position Description:
Looking for a new adventure? Join us for the summer in the wilderness of Alaska! We are a boutique wilderness lodge in southcentral Alaska, nestled against the Alaska Range. We offer our guests backcountry adventures such as helicopter-skiing, hiking, and wildlife viewing from June 1 to the end of September. Come and be our chef for the summer season. We provide unique and inspired cuisine to our 10-16 guests per day.
We also offer a position at our seaside lodge called Tutka Bay Lodge located near Homer, Alaska. Tutka Bay Lodge was voted one of 100 best hotels in the world by Fodor's Travel. We have a cooking school at this location offering cooking classes based upon our Alaska cuisine.
We offer an herb garden, Pacific Ocean seafood, and a close-to-the-land lifestyle. We are looking for someone who can provide leadership and direction to our culinary team, inspire our guests with remarkable food, and lead our kitchen forward.
